Making a Purchase

 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.  You can view your selection at any time by clicking the ‘view items’ button.  After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 

We accept 100% secure payment via Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo payment cards, plus PayPal. Some card issuers will also ask you for a password under the Verified by Visa / Verified by Mastercard scheme – please note this is your banks’ requirement – if you have any problems with this feature please contact your bank direct who will be able to re-set your password.

 

Once payment has been received you will receive confirmation of the order by email. Our acceptance of the order and therefore the contract between us begins when we despatch the order to you and you receive your Despatch email. Prior to this we reserve the right not to accept an order. This is to protect ourselves in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

 

Delivery

 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the despatch address is correct when ordering, this can be different to the billing address.  Additional charges may be incurred if we need to re-deliver your items due to incorrect address details.  You will be informed of these at the time of despatch.

 

We offer a range of postage to all customers depending on what will suit you.  All delivery to UK postal address is sent 1^st class Recorded Delivery and will be despatched 2-3 days from the order date.  Other options are available

 

Europe                            International airmail - 3 to 5 working days from despatch

                                       International signed for - 3 to 5 working days from despatch

 

USA and rest of world    International signed for 5 to 10 working days from dispatch dependant on location                            

 

All items are sent as soon as possible upon receipt of order and payment.  Items are sent in the appropriate discrete packaging for the order.

 

We endeavour for you to receive your order as quickly as possible and therefore our standard service is to send all orders which require a signature upon delivery.  This is our preferred mode of delivery.  If you are not available to sign for your items you will be informed where this will be retained for up to 7 working days and then the items will be returned to us.  However if you feel for any reason this does not suit your personal circumstances normal postage delivery please contact us direct to discuss alternative arrangements. 

 

How to make a Return or Exchange

 

Due to hygiene reasons; thong and string bottoms are non returnable, unless a manufacturing default exists.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, firstly please email us direct at admin@smallest-bikini.com detailing the reason for your return or exchange.  Where appropriate, we will endeavour to answer any queries to the best of our ability and/or give you instructions for return.  Upon receipt of this email and our instructions, please post back the goods making sure you include all information we will need to ensure the correct exchange or credit to you account is made:

 

Customer ID/Your full name

Address of shipping

Invoice number

And any requirements

 

If you want to add items above the price of the original order, to your exchange, we will also need your credit card details.  This is because we are using real time credit card clearing services and we will not have any record of your card details from the original sale.  Refunds are processed through card services against the original order number.

 

Regular mail is generally fine to send a few items but for large value orders we would recommend using a trackable method such as registered post.  It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.

 

If you would like a replacement item sent immediately please inform us of this in your original email.  We will direct you to a secure order page where you can submit your credit card details.  The exchange item will be billed and sent immediately, your card will be credited for the exchange item when we receive it.

 

Please ensure you include your correct email address with every correspondence, this will allow us to contact you immediately if we need further information to process your requests.
